  • If you put in five requests today, it doesn't mean they'll all be done tomorrow. That said, unlimited really means that - unlimited. You can put in as many requests as you want, and our support team will work on the requests in the order they are received in the queue, every single business day. And if we don't get it right the first time, then no problem. Revisions are unlimited, too.

    You can maximize your subscription by keeping your queue nice and full, or choose to have more than one subscription to increase your daily support output.

    Note: one (1) unlimited fixes subscription can be applied to only one (1) website.

  • All subscription plans include unlimited requests and unlimited revisions.

    The Pro plan is our most popular plan. It includes everything in the Plus plan subscription plus "Medium" fixes like adding banners and pop-up functionality The Pro plan is great

    for a solo entrepreneur, a scaling startup, or a large enterprise. The Pro plan is USD $ 199 per month.

    The Premium plan is the all-inclusive subscription plan that also includes an assigned Account Manager. It has everything in the Pro plan subscription plus "Large" fixes like

    landing page and mega menu development and adding and configuring add-ons! The Premium plan is USD $599 per month.

  • Our unlimited support maintenance plans include different levels of service and estimated turnaround times within one plan so that you can categorize and maximize your support needs. Available services include Small, Medium, and/or Large fixes based on the definition of tasks below.

    NOTE: There may be requests identified or not that Xtendly Management reserves the right to scope and properly classify as they arise and deem necessary.

  • Our unlimited services are very powerful, but there are certain requests that should be thoroughly scoped, priced and mutually agreed upon. In the interest of productivity and

    commitment to quality, we do NOT support the following types of requests as a part of the "unlimited support plans:

    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • Graphic and website design

    • Virus and malware removal

    • Custom coding

    • Research

    If a request is deemed "not included", we can provide you with a documented scope of work and associated price for your approval before any work is done.

  • The details we need may depend on the type of request you have, however every request should include these three simple areas:

    1. Describe the current state of your website.

    2. Described the desired state of your website.

    3. Attach any assets, images, and copy needed.

    All of your requests must be initiated by sending an email to support@xtendly com. There, you can input the request name, specify the details of your request and attach any assets, images and copy.

    It is also recommended to build a Brand Profile with brand files such as logos, colors, fonts, and images. This will ensure your support team can consistently stay on-brand.
